FAST DRIBBLING WORK

5 pairs in baseline line, first with ball. At midcourt, a cone in front of each pair. Player with ball sprints, performs a hand change at cone, picks up cone, returns dribbling backward, gives ball and cone to partner. Fastest pair scores a point.
