1x1 after central support
Basketball drill 1x1 after central support
STEP 1

1v1 drill where JCB must receive before the cones, he can come from behind in motion to penetrate with maximum intensity.
The defender starts with the ball and passes to the coach or another player in the center. This player will then pass to the attacking player. After the first pass, the defender must defend the receiver who attacks.
The attacker must be as vertical to the basket as possible, and the defender should at least contest or defend without fouling or attempting a block; my order is to get in front and stop the penetration.
The attacker applies individual finishing techniques, using rim-around, stop & thru, veer finish, etc., depending on what has been practiced for the category.

STEP 2

1 moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow.
