Australia Fast Break
STEP 1

The initial setup is organized to create synergy between movements, screens, and passes for the opening play.

STEP 2

3 passer passes to 2, who wins the ball through the center making 3 passer run along the sideline behind him. 1 runs ahead of the ball on fast break. 

STEP 3

Small forward changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities. 1 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves.

STEP 4

2 who won the center passes to 1, the advanced player. 3 runs along the sideline until reaching closest to the basket 

STEP 5

1 will make a lead pass to 3 who must always be ahead of the ball to finish with a layup. 2 after passing must go to receive the triple pass from 5. 1 after passing to 3 must change sides to work on reception.

STEP 6

Once 2 and 3 receive, working catch & Shoot, they shoot and get their rebound. 3, once finishing at the basket, will let 6 grab the rebound

STEP 7

6 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves.

STEP 8

6 once the rebound is secured, will exit with 5 and 7 will start the exercise again towards the other side. 
2, 1, and 3 will take the baseline positions.
