Se juega un 3c3 donde el ataque debe obligatoriamente realizar un aclarado o un bloqueo indirecto antes de tirar. La defensa debe trabajar “triángulo defensivo” (ver balón y atacante) y comunicarse para poder "ayudar y recuperar". Prohibiremos en este ejercicio los cambios en defensa.
