Basketball drill defensive warm-up 2 (with ball)
STEP 1

4 offensive players with a ball, 2 defenders, central cone.

STEP 2

The attackers must move the ball until they find an advantageous position.

STEP 3

The objective is to move the ball until an advantage position is found to knock down the cone (the image does not allow me to direct the shot toward the cone), while the defenders try to protect it.

Defensive Warm-Up 2 (with Ball)

  1. Defend the cone: 3 players attack with one ball and 2 defend the center. The attackers' objective is to knock down the cone. All players rotate every 1 minute. Total duration: 6 minutes.
