In this drill we will play a ping-pong game, meaning continuous 3v3 action on a half court. One team of three starts with the ball in the middle, while another team waits at each basket. The team with the ball can choose which basket to attack, and the waiting team will defend. If the offense scores, it keeps attacking toward the opposite basket. If the defense steals the ball, it becomes the attacking team going the other way. Play is free, and the only offensive rule is that each possession must begin with a ball screen.
