STEP 1

Each player has a ball. We start from the center. At the whistle, everyone dribbles towards a basket to score. We try to go towards the free baskets, and we must score on all the baskets.

Individual Multiple-Basket Shooting Session

Individual multiple-basket shooting session, each player with their own ball. Players must move from basket to basket, in any order, but must score on all the available baskets.
Ideally use at least 6 baskets. 
phase 1: no restriction other than dribbling
phase 2: Two-foot shooting using the backboard
phase 3: Layup shooting
Phase 4: Jump shooting
depending on the level, you can add the challenge of trying to make the others lose the ball when crossing paths.
