Basketball drill 1-on-1 defensive and offensive work
STEP 1

The player with the ball moves while dribbling and the defender prevents them from advancing. Several lateral movements must be made until reaching half court. This first half court is defensive work.

Once they cross half court, they can attack and go for speed.
On the way back, the same applies but with the roles reversed.

1-on-1 defensive work, players cannot go all the way to half court to finish, first half court is for defensive work. Only use half of the court lengthwise, always going and returning on the right side
