Technical Circuit, 1v1 and Shooting (Final)

Drill

Dribbling-1v1-finishing after pass circuit
Exercise: two lines on the baseline, one at the height of the three-point line on the opposite side.
1) The first pair starts. The player with the ball moves from cone to cone performing front-hand changes of direction. The defender moves from cone to cone in a defensive stance (cannot steal the ball), simply providing opposition so the attacker feels pressure
2) Once they reach half court, they play 1v1 using only the right side of the court. (Once the 1v1 ends with a shot, the next pair starts)
3) The attacker gets the rebound and runs the circuit in the opposite direction, this time performing behind-the-back changes. Upon reaching half court, they pass to the teammate in the line at the three-point line and receive the pass to finish with a layup.
4) The passer gets the rebound and passes it to the attacking line from the other exercise. They then join the defensive line
*The 1v1 defender joins the attacking area.
After five minutes, move the cones to perform the layups from the left side
