conditional 2 vs 2

Ball with the coach at 45°. Players separated into teams of 2. Both attackers and defenders start from the opposite side of the coach. When the starting signal is received, one player must play the low post and one player must cut towards the center of the court. If the low post receives, the center player must cut to the basket in order to receive. If the center player receives, the low post player must perform a pick and roll in order to receive. If the offense converts, the defense continues defending. If the defense recovers, the attacking duo will go on to defend. Duration 10 minutes. Successful defense rotation rest
