Dribble Exercise 4

Drill
Explanation:
2 players start from the baseline and must touch the cones of the color previously indicated by the coach, so that the player with the ball attacks toward the opposite basket and the player without the ball defends.

Corrections:
- Advanced dribbling at the exit of the last cone.

- Correct dribbling orientation during direction changes.

- Finish properly relative to the defender.

Variants:
- Change the location of the cones.

- Change the starting position.

- Have the defender go touch a cone on the other side to disturb the dribble of the player with the ball.

Conclusion:
Ideal exercise for initiating advanced dribbling or practicing a hand change that has just been learned (since it can be repeated when reaching each cone).
