1-on-1 with entry

Description: Individual exercise to encourage dribbling and finishing with a basket entry.
  • Instructions:
    1. One player acts as attacker and another as defender.
    2. The attacker starts at the 3-point line and attempts to drive to the basket.
    3. The defender tries to block the advance without fouling.
    4. Switch roles after each attempt.
  • Goal: Improve speed and ball control when driving to the basket.
  • Variation: Limit time to 5 seconds to increase pressure.
