STEP 1

2 adjusts position to facilitate ball movement and anticipate the defense. Point guard shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. 2 establishes a screen to create advantage and confuse the defense. 3 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves.

Drill

2x1 after rebound

Two off-ball players at double base, ball handler shoots to backboard and rebounds. Both wings move under free throw to receive. Receiver dribbles to switch sides, non-receiver becomes defender, rebounder moves to opposite side to play 2x1.
