Fastbreak with advantage
STEP 1
Small forward places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves. Shooting guard changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities. Point guard alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options. 3 moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow.
Drill
Fastbreak with advantage
We will play a 3x2 (+1). The offense starts without the ball. A defender passes the ball to one attacker (randomly) and from there the fastbreak and defensive balance begin. The third defender is placed behind the attackers to create superiority. We have 8 seconds of possession.
