The boxes - Minibasket exercise

Drill
1395 views ·
Explanation:
Two squares (“boxes”) made with cones to limit the space. Players divided into two boxes, each with a ball. The objective is to touch a ball of the other players in the box 3 times; once this is achieved, they switch boxes to achieve the same goal – it may happen that one box has 7 players and the other 3, for example. If the objective is achieved in both boxes, a basket can be scored worth one point. The goal is to be the first player to score 3 points.

Variation:
The objective in each box is to push the other players’ ball out of the box.
