STEP 1

Four lines of players, two under the basket (with ball) and two at mid-court (without ball)

STEP 2

On one half of the court, player #1 passes to #2 and goes to guard player #3 on the opposite side.
On the other half, player #4 passes to #3 and guards player #2 on the opposite side.
Repeat as instructed.

STEP 3

Point guard alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options. 4 adjusts position to facilitate ball movement and anticipate the defense.
