Shot after V-cut

1. Shot after V-cut: The group is divided into two. Each group stands in a quarter of the court. There are two cones behind the three-point line, one at the basket level and one in the corner. The corner player runs up to the 45 area, moves toward the basket and then makes a backwards change of pace. The middle-line player passes the ball and he shoots. To make it harder, you can force three-point shots.
