STEP 1
Power forward adjusts position to facilitate ball movement and anticipate the defense. 2 places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves.

Shell drill - Close-out work
We play 4x4 with advantage situations after ball reversal for the attacking players. Whenever the ball handler passes by one of the cones, the defender must chase or try to deny. This generates defensive help and rotations that require recoveries in close-out situations.
