Drill

Wave Motion Handoff Backdoor Cut Specific 3x3

Starting setup with cones:
players are arranged in 3 lines. Two lines on one side, one with the ball, and a third on the opposite side.

Line 1:
Ball handler drives aggressively toward the free-throw line, simulating a drive. Near the line, changes direction and dribbles back.

Line 2:
This triggers the player to receive a handoff near the two-point line and attack with a dribble toward line 3.

Line 3:
This triggers a backdoor cut. Receives a bounce pass with backspin and finishes without dribbling.
