Low-Post Interior Passing Drill
Basketball drill low-post interior passing drill
STEP 1

Starting position:
4 attackers on the perimeter, 2 defenders positioned between the high post and the three-point line.

STEP 2

Players 2 and 3 pass the ball to 1 and 4 and cut through the lane to the opposite low post.
Defenders must contest both the approach to the low post and the establishment of inside position.

STEP 3

Once in the low post, players receive the entry pass and try to finish using a back-to-the-basket footwork move, while defenders attempt to stop them.
Both offensive and defensive success should be rewarded.
