STEP 1
One line at the low post and another at the opposite wing at 45º.
1, positioned at the offensive low post, passes to 5

STEP 2
1 moves up to the high post, shows as a passing target, touches the cone and drops to the low post to establish position.
STEP 3
5 passes to 1
STEP 4
1 shoots
5 moves around the outside to the low-post line.
The low-post player takes a shot.
The difficulty of the footwork will gradually increase:
1. turn toward the baseline and shoot.
2. turn to the middle, turn to the middle, fake a crossover move and shoot.
3. turn toward the baseline, turn to the middle, fake a crossover move and shoot.
4. the same two previous moves but with a dribble and crossover step.
5. turn toward the baseline, fake, crossover dribble, fake, step under the defender and shoot. ABALARDER
6. turn to the middle, fake, crossover dribble, fake, step under the defender and shoot.
7. same as 5 and 6 but with a reverse move at the end.
8. fake a turn toward the baseline, attack with an approach step and dribble and shoot a hook shot.
9. fake a turn to the middle, attack with an approach step and dribble and shoot a side shot.
10. turn with an approach step anticipating the defender.
