Shot + zero step

STEP 1

Player 1 moves toward the cone on the opposite side

STEP 2

With step zero, receives the ball from player 2

STEP 3

While player 1 is shooting, player 2 starts the action of moving to the opposite cone behind player 1

STEP 4

Player 1 goes for the rebound. Player 2 receives a pass from player 3 in step zero and then shoots. After the pass, player 3 starts the exercise.

STEP 5

3 alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options.
