STEP 1
We define the starting position.
STEP 2
1 passes the ball to 2. Point guard changes position. 3 changes position. Power forward changes position.
STEP 3
Shooting guard shoots for the basket.

3c3/4c4. Defender hasta recuperar el balón (Clínic Lluís Biosca)
Se juega 3c3/4c4 donde si la atacante coge el rebote, seguirá atacando a las filas de ataque y las defensoras seguirán defendiendo.
El balón siempre se inicia central con (C).
Rotación: quien entra siempre ataca. Quién no coge rebote o recupera balón, sigue defendiendo.
