Two lines. Everyone has a ball except the first in one line who receives a pass and shoots. The passer cuts under and receives from the opposite line to shoot. Shooter takes rebound and joins the opposite line. Can be low, medium or high intensity. A good option is setting a time limit to reach a certain number of baskets, increasing pace and pressure.
STEP 1
Each player is located strategically to maximize effectiveness in the first phase of the attack.
STEP 2
Point guard shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. 4 alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options.
