Exercise to work defensive conditioning. It consists of defensive movements from the baseline to midcourt for one minute.

#Footwork

STEP 1
D1 must defend as many attackers as possible for one minute. The attackers start at the baseline. The first one has the ball.
STEP 2
On the signal, O1 starts a zigzag to the half-court line. D1 must follow.
STEP 3
Upon reaching half court, O1 passes to O2 and D1 sprints to get into position to defend.
STEP 4
Now O2 advances in a zigzag. O1 accompanies him up to half court.
STEP 5
Upon reaching half court, O2 passes to O3 and D1 sprints again to defend.
