Communicative Wheels III (Continuous Shuffle/zipper)
Basketball drill communicative wheels iii (continuous shuffle/zipper)
STEP 1

We start with 2 players entering the offensive court. JSB performs a BI to 5 who curls to receive from JCB 1

STEP 2

5 receives to finish. We work on different types of finishes:
  1. Shot after reception
  2. Cut to the basket to finish penetration: (apply different types of finishes)

STEP 3

1 after passing must screen the player who set the screen (2) who exits the screen for a reception and outside shot.
1 works the continuation to receive from 4, either for a penetration or pick & pop for an outside shot

STEP 4

Both 3 and 4, after passing their respective balls, receive either from C1 or from 5 who grabs the rebound, and move to the opposite court to perform the same situation on the other side. (Add ball outlet rules and even the number of dribbles, as well as how and where the first pass is received)

STEP 5

4 establishes a screen to create advantage and confuse the defense.
