STEP 1 Players are positioned at key points on the court, seeking offensive and defensive balance.
STEP 2
In pairs, start with a fast break dribble by the ball handler. The defender works lateral defensive movement at speed. The ball is not stolen, only trying to prevent the attacker from reaching midcourt.
STEP 3
On the way back, switch the defender with the attacker. Until midcourt, defensive zig-zag movement following the attacker without stealing, who dribbles also in zig-zag. From midcourt, play the final 1X1.
