This is a well-known game, but it's great for working on passing. Five players form a circle, with a defender inside. The rule of the game is that the attacking players cannot move or pass the player closest to them to one side or the other. When the defender touches the ball, the passer who lost it becomes the defender. The passer who makes a bad pass also becomes the defender.
