Movement 4x0 + 4x4

• Positioned as shown in the diagram
• Two teams, one waits at the baseline

• The team positioned at mid-court starts the 4x0 movement, working offensive movements without defense.
• As soon as the shot is taken, the coach passes to a player from the team waiting at the baseline, and a 4x4 full-court game begins.

• We can do the same drill in 3x3 or 5x5 format
