This is a warm-up drill to warm up your team. After finishing with the right hand, you can do the same with left-hand layups.
The drill starts when number 2 passes to 1, then 1 dribbles and makes the lay up
STEP 1
The drill starts when number 2 passes to 1, then 1 dribbles and makes the lay up
after number 2 makes the pass he starts running around the cones, 1 gets the rebound
STEP 2
after number 2 makes the pass he starts running around the cones, 1 gets the rebound
2 goes on the other half court and he is waiting number 6 to pass him the ball, while 1 passes to 3 and goes back on the line
STEP 3
2 goes on the other half court and he is waiting number 6 to pass him the ball, while 1 passes to 3 and goes back on the line
6 passes to 2 ,2 dribbles and goes for lay up
STEP 4
6 passes to 2 ,2 dribbles and goes for lay up
after 6 pases to 2 he starts running around the cones to go to the opposite half court that he passed
STEP 5

6 is running on the 3 point line and waiting number 3 to pass him the ball while 2 is passing to 7
