Basketball drill passing, spacing, backdoor cuts and finishing
STEP 1

Starting setup on the court.
  1. Players with the ball line up on the baseline. The player starting the drill is positioned at the low block.
  2. Two lines without the ball, positioned approximately at 45º.

STEP 2

Start of the drill:
  1. #1 passes the ball to #3 and runs to the top.

STEP 3

Finish:
  1. #5 gets the rebound after the finish and moves to the baseline.
  2. #1 rotates to the left, taking the 45º wing position.

STEP 4

After finishing, #1 moves to the 45º wing position and #5 gets the rebound.

STEP 5

Players rotate to the position on their left, moving clockwise. The drill then restarts.

STEP 6

Restart the drill.
