Drill
In a 3-on-3, the offense must score within 8 seconds. If a defender touches the ball handler, she must stop dribbling.
Variation 1: If two defenders touch the ball, it counts as a turnover. The aim is to encourage offensive players to move and create scoring opportunities within 8 seconds when defenders commit to stealing the ball.
Variation 2: If the offense escapes a 2-on-1 trap with a pass and the receiver is open, play continues as a 3-on-2.
