1 throws a pass to small forward. 3 plants a screen. Point guard changes position. 2 moves. Power forward changes position. Shooting guard moves. Point guard changes position. 5 changes position.

Drill

4x3x3+1

4x3 in half court. On the other half, 3 more wait. One player waits mid-court. After the attack, defenders plus mid-court player attack the opposite side. Last passer moves to center to wait, other 3 attackers wait in half court to defend. Mid-court player doesn’t receive first pass, stretches the court.
