Full-court continuous drill. Work with 2 perimeter players and 1 inside player. 
The perimeter player receives a pass from the JCB.

  1. The JCB receiver attacks through the middle, where we place a cone simulating the help defense closing the penetration. The inside player cuts underneath, opposite to the ball direction, while the weak-side wing rotates toward the ball.
  2. On the other side of the court, we work on a different type of penetration — in this case, a side drive. As on the opposite side, the inside player rotates opposite to the ball (interior spacing), while the weak-side wing fills the corner and moves toward the ball.
