STEP 1 4 plants a screen to improve attack angle and facilitate ball reception. Shooting guard moves to support teammates and maintain constant game flow.
STEP 2
Pass to the interior who must work to score and grab their own rebound.
There are other possibilities considering the previous actions:
  1. If 2 curls, pass to perimeter 4 who has opened up (can shoot and 2 rebound, or interior triangle to 2)
  2. If 2 goes out to receive and gets it (same situation as the previous one with 4, shot or triangle)
STEP 3
In any previous action, the interior must grab the rebound and pass to 3 on the perimeter, who can:
  1. Shoot (Catch&Shoot work)
  2. Play 1-on-1
In the 1-on-1 situation, we work on defensive close-out according to our team’s defensive rules (in my case, do not give up the center of the paint).

STEP 4
We can use 2 balls from the start for 1, and while the opposite side works from the first pass, the 2 perimeter players on the opposite side can work on:
  1. Handoff
  2. Pick&Pop
