Continuous 3x0 drill with one inside player
STEP 1
JSB3 receives the pass from JCB (from baseline or corner) at the 45º spot.
On the weak side, JSB8 is also at 45º.
The interior player (5) positions himself on the opposite side of the ball.

The passer runs to the opposite half to receive the ball and execute the drill on the other side.
