STEP 1
- Starting position: Players are placed in groups of three.
STEP 2
- Player 3 shoots the ball to the backboard, grabs his own rebound, and passes to Player 1 who starts the fast break with dribble.
- Player 2 runs around the cones to receive the pass from Player 1 and take a shot.
STEP 3
- Player 3 grabs the rebound and passes to Player 1 who went around the cone and starts the fast break with dribble.
- Player 1 passes to Player 2 who finishes, having previously gone around the cone and started the fast break down the sideline.
