This game helps us begin using numerical advantage and defensive communication.
It is played in two pairs. Each pair stands on opposite sides of the half-court line.
The coach passes the ball to one of the four participants, starting the play. The team facing the receiver will defend.
The player facing the receiver must run and touch the cone directly in front of them as quickly as possible, creating the 2 vs 1 advantage window.
The remaining defender must provide defensive balance and prevent the off-ball attacker from cutting before the defender touching the cone recovers and the situation returns to 2 vs 2.
