Passe e recepção em corrida

PASSO 1

We will line up in rows of 5, facing each other, and pass the ball as soon as we receive it. The player who passes the ball must run to the next cone to defend the pass of the player in the opposite row. Then they will go to the end of the opposite row to prepare for the next reception.

To increase/decrease difficulty, we will vary the distance between the cones.
