Basketball drills for passing lines and superiorities.

This is a basketball drill that on the one hand is very dynamic and can be quite fast-paced. However, on the other hand for this to happen, the rotation must be fluid and sometimes it is a little complicated to catch the first few times. It is for this reason that I would not perform this basketball exercise in children's or lower categories. The ideal number for this basketball exercise is 8 players, although it can also be done with 11 or even with 14 (which would greatly reduce participation and pace of exercise). It could also be done with 9 or 10 but some would rest more than others

PASSO 1
The initial setup of this drill consists of three lines along the baseline. The first 3 will be attackers, including 1 passer and 2 receivers. Two players start defending, pressing the passing lanes. To make it more realistic and focus more on pressuring passing lanes, conditions such as no long passes can be introduced.
PASSO 2
Once the receivers manage to catch the inbound, a 3-on-2 advantage at the opposite hoop occurs. The same applies for advantages; if we want to focus on working passing lanes, we can remove dribbling or apply other conditions.
PASSO 3
PASSO 4
Once the first numerical advantage ends, the person who finishes the attack (scores or loses the ball) will be the defender for the 2-on-1 on the return. The other two attackers must quickly drop to press the lines in the next rotation (emphasize moving quickly because usually, having nothing to do at the moment, they relax and fail to pressure passing lanes in the next attack). The defenders from the 3-on-2 will attack the return as a 2-on-1.

Rotation is important to maintain the rhythm of the exercise. Probably the first few times this is performed will require the most emphasis. Here is a video to illustrate it visually.
