24 - Pass and roll

PASSO 1

One line in the center with everyone having a ball, another line in a corner of the court without a ball.

PASSO 2

The line with the ball passes to the other line, which after changing direction receives at the high post; then they wait for the central line to move to one side or the other and return the ball for a shot.

PASSO 3

The line without the ball goes for the rebound and the positions are exchanged

24 - Pass and roll

Goal: Typical development of post distributor work (passing the ball to the player who moves to the wing). Improves shooting.

Pedagogical considerations: Pass to both sides, work on shooting at all distances. It is recommended to include pass and shot fakes.
