PASSO 1

We start positioned in 3c0. Balls in the 4 corners and the row starting with the ball in the center player.
We will perform the Australia exercise start (you can see it on my profile).

PASSO 2

Baseline throw-in or 3’s rebound simulation. 1 goes to receive in this situation but it could also be 2.

PASSO 3

Receives a pass from 3, and 3 runs the sideline overtaking behind 1 who must win the center. 2 will run the sideline ahead of the ball.

PASSO 4

1 wins center with the ball, 2 runs the sideline as does 3. Always run ahead of the ball

PASSO 5

1 passes to 2 on the outside, who will receive as close as possible to the three-point line.

PASSO 6

1, after passing, will set a screen for JCB 2. 3 occupies space on the weak side.

PASSO 7

In this BD situation. In the drawing a triangulation appears but we have multiple situations to execute:

In this situation we work BD Triangulation with exterior and continuation.

PASSO 9

Once the last pass is made. 2 occupies space to receive and work the reception for an outside shot, at 45º pass from 9.
3, after triangulating with the continuation player, receives from 7 for a mid-range shot.
