Entry worm drill. Basketball exercise.

Exercício
869 visualizações ·
This exercise is a basketball warm-up that I sometimes use in my training sessions because it combines a fairly high pace (in case physical fitness needs to be improved) with finishing work. It is very simple and can be done with a wide range of ages. Ideally, this basketball exercise is done with 6 to 10 players, although it is possible with more.
