1.- The defender positions himself at the baseline and the attacker in the midcourt.
2.- The defender decides which cone to go around and defend. Meanwhile, the attacker runs to the basket at maximum speed to avoid the defender's arrival.
3.- If the attacker scores, he will attack 1vs1 toward the other basket; if he misses, he will defend.
