  1. Player 1 sprints to the free-throw line extension and receives the pass from coach C1. Then he dribbles to the opposite court and upon reaching 45º, passes to coach C2 and continues toward the basket where he receives a pass from player 2 to finish with a layup.

PASSO 2

2. This time, the same sequence occurs but towards the opposite basket.

PASSO 3

PASSO 4

Small forward changes location seeking advantage over the defender and scoring opportunities. Power forward places themselves strategically to generate passing angles and anticipate defensive moves. 4 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency. Point guard alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options. Power forward alters position to create defensive mismatches and penetration options. 5 shifts to an optimal spot on the court to maximize offensive efficiency.

PASSO 5

Players are positioned at key points on the court, seeking offensive and defensive balance.
